Therapy Notes offers an ease of use and is very operator friendly. By and far the best part of Therapy Notes is the customer service dept! I greatly appreciate the consideration of how they hold a value on my time and need of response when I am in the middle of working on something and need their help. The response time is top notch and thankfully I don't have to sit on hold waiting endlessly for either help or a call back. My longest response wait time so far has not been above 2.5 minutes. It's great! They are thorough with their answers and fast. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the product as well but mostly with customer service!

I love this Program. This is the third one I have tried since opening my business and it is the best. The customer service is amazing and everyone is patient and helpful. Great program.

My practice has operated much more smoothly since making the switch to Therapy Notes. Previously I used another popular electronic billing and charting software that did not have the features TN does, but that was harder to navigate and significantly more expensive. I also paid separately for online scheduling, which I no longer have to do. TN has worked beautifully on all fronts - charting, scheduling and billing.

I have never worked with a system this useful before! I have worked for agencies for 10 years and always dealt whatever archaic system they opted to use.That usually meant using a system more tailored to medical staff than therapists. But this system seems to have been designed by therapists for therapists. I can't say how much I love the To-do reminders. It makes it so easy to ensure my client's are getting good quality care, that I'm coordinating with PCPs and other providers, and that my documentation is current. I'm very grateful. Since beginning private practice, I feel completely bombarded with the confusing world of billing and insurances, and this means I am constantly hitting up the support center. Their staff follows up with timely emails and phone calls and I'm never made to feel silly for asking questions. They give great feedback that is easy to use and are always polite and patient. TherapyNotes currently contracts with Ignite for processing credit card payments. Ignite is horrible and I wouldn't recommend them. When I advised the support center of my troubles, they were sympathetic and shared that they were considering a different company for that service. They were fully receptive to my feedback. The only other thing that would make this system better is if it sent clients assessments tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, MDQ, etc.), upload them to the client's file, scored them, and tracked changes. It would help inform my practice and give me great data to use for research!

I really love this software which is very user-friendly and intuitive. When there is an issue, the customer support is fantastic! I have called about 4 times with issues over the past 2 years and each customer service rep has been friendly, patient, and very helpful! I would and have recommended this company to colleagues.

I own a group practice that is just coming up on the end of our first year of business and we were beyond ready to move from paper files to an electronic system. I looked extensively at various practice management software offerings and felt really good about TherapyNotes. Working with the staff at TN to see if TN was right for us and to set up our account was easy and only increased my confidence in the choice I was making for my business. We have just completed our one month free trial and all seven of my part-time licensed staff, myself included, are overjoyed by what we have experienced in the past 30 days. I am looking forward to our continued relationship with TherapyNotes and officially getting rid of our paper files; my employees are much more satisfied with the new system too which is always the goal! Happy employees and ease of business practices only helps us to have more energy to continue to invest into continued client care! Very thankful for TherapyNotes!
