I have been using TherapyNotes for about a month now. I have been impressed with how intuitive the interface is and how responsive and helpful the customer service has been. I have needed to call about a few things related to billing and the representatives have all been very helpful

I just completed my free month trial of therapy notes. I was very pleasantly surprised and appreciative of all of the assistance through the support staff at therapy notes. Every time I called to inquire about the various questions I had, they were eager to help, answered my call within minutes and resolved the matter extremely quickly. It has been so helpful for my private practice due to the ease of the program but also the amazing support staff. Highly recommend therapy notes.

It also keeps my schedule and and provides an accurate source regarding patient information, i.e. addresses, phone numbers. . It is easy to use, and when some party needs my notes I can just push a couple of keys, print them out, and send them off. There is no worry It motivated me to do regular documentation which I know many therapist do not even do.

The tech support that I receive as a solo practitioner from TherapyNotes is amazing! I have never had to wait longer than a half an hour for a reply to a question and often times the response is in minutes!

I've used TherapyNotes since January, 2017 when I had a free trial. I'm a clinical psychologist and I'd resisted changing over to an EHR system, but do take Medicare and needed billing services and a better way to manage my practice records. While somewhat literate, I'm not a digital native and had all kinds of concerns about making this switch. IT'S BEEN GREAT. It took a little time in the beginning to learn things and set my practice up in the system, but I LOVE (as much as one can love an EHR) TherapyNotes. It's easy to use and the support has been phenomenal. Staff is available to help with any and all questions (even the stupid ones) about billing and about using the system and a bonus is that my notes are probably better as well. I highly recommend making the switch. Billing is easy, fast and accurate. I can print out receipts needed for clients and look at my financial picture routinely to make sure I'm on top of it. I think Therapy Notes is reasonably priced for what you get. There was some recent discussion among members of my state professional organization about different systems people were thinking about using and I gave Therapy Notes two thumbs up. I recommend it.
