TherapyNotes has the best customer service I have ever experienced. In the years that I have used the program, I have contacted customer services a few times. Mainly to learn more about certain features. Recently, I had another interaction with a representative after I saw unexpected fees on my account. The situation wad fully explained and remedied. They were never trying to trick me into paying more, nor were they elusive in the solution. It was clear and to the point. THANK YOU!

I am overwhelmed by the brilliance of TherapyNotes! I have just started my private practice, and I have used Therapy Notes as the bedrock of all I do. They gave me 2 free months to get started, and the monthly fee I pay to them now is the best money I spend for my business. The website itself is intuitive and thorough. Compared to the EHR I have used in the past, I praise TherapyNotes for having everything I need, and nothing that I don't! It is obvious that this website was created by a therapist ! It is literally a JOY to use this resource ! And, as I have been learning the ropes of my new business I have had many questions. I never hesitate to call the customer service line for help because I have come to realize that I can count on the person who answers my call to be friendly, patient and knowledgable. I have called many times, and without exception my questions have been answered easily and quickly. I will never take your service for granted. I am careful to express my appreciation each time I call because I genuinely could not run my business without Therapy Notes! Thank You!!

I have found TherapyNotes to be a wonderful part of my business. I appreciate the ease of using the service on a daily basis. But it is when I encounter a problem with a claim that I really appreciate TherapyNotes. Their customer service department has become better and better over the years that I have worked with them (3) and I feel confident that they can and will help me to figure out all of my problems or they will help me to find out where I can get the answer. They are a trusted and valuable resource.
