A fantastic service all around with excellent customer service!

I have found Therapy Notes a seamless, wonderful tool for my private practice. The best part is their customer service! Great hours, short wait times, extremely knowledgable staff, and super friendly! Great customer service is hard to come by, but Therapy Notes hits it out of the park! Keep up the great work!

Excellent customer service. The best I have experienced in a long long time. The detailed follow up email is a brilliant idea. Therapy Notes should open up a consulting division to teach and advise other (any type) company on how to provide excellent customer service. And it all begins with the people. They have the right people, that follow the right processes, and understand their product inside and out.

I called the TherapyNotes support line to get help setting up an authenticator for my tablet. I wasn't even sure how it worked so I thought I would ask a representative. She not only explained the benefits and reasons for installation, but directed me step-by-step how to download the correct authenticator and link it to my tablet in the TherapyNotes program. Now I feel even more secure for my client's confidentiality which is so important in running a practice. The patience that the representative had was amazing!

Therapy Notes is a great platform for mental health notes and their support services are excellent. Very helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend

Jordan and his team are always super responsive and helpful when it comes to the few issues that we inquire with TherapyNotes. There has probably been one or two 'hiccups' with updates over the past 3 years that we've had them, which is practically none!
