TherapyNotes has been wonderful to work with. Since starting my private practice, it has made everything such a smooth and seamless transition. TherapyNotes is an excellent software to document and to manage all of my clients information. The software is easy to access and update. I have been using TherapyNotes for several years and I would recommend it to all therapist especially to those in private practice. TherapyNotes makes it easy to add and delete clients, schedule appointment, stay updated through notifications such as removing in-active clients, record progress notes, set alerts and complete the 1500 claim forms or EDI. TherapyNotes has reduced the volume of paper work by more than half. Finally, the staff at TherapyNotes are pro-active, polite, friendly and respond immediately to all of my concerns.
