I have reviewed a multitude of EHR/EMR systems for years. I finally bit the bullet and began implementation of Simple Practice. After being frustrated with the lack of automation of Simple Practice, I returned again to TherapyNotes. TherapyNotes has been phenomenal: the support has been superb (fast, clear, accurate, available) and the integration of the treatment plan with note taking is unsurpassed in my experience. I also have really enjoyed my implementation. I’m so excited to have such an intuitive system that gives me everything I need. The billing is ridiculously easy as well and the reports are good. TherapyNotes has done the work, i.e., populated the pull-downs, and not just given a flexible framework. I highly recommend!

Every single time, which is frequently enough, that I have any issue with billing or whatever it is, I am met with enthusiasm and problem resolution. I have never had a less than great experience and in March it will be two years that I have been using TherapyNotes. Customer Service is Impeccable!
