I love using Therapy Notes. Their patient portal, forms and to-do lists help me to practice my profession with organization and security. In addition, their customer service is always knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Their customer service team is why I am loyal to the brand.

Very powerful system, can do everything I could ever want for my practice. Keeps me organized, accountable, and eleiminates the need for a "billing prson" for my proactice. Just now learning to use the Patient Portal and it is really heling me with efficiency and client eduation. Most of all, for technology wary people like me, the SUPPORT TEAM IS FABULOUS! I called in regards to obtaining information on how and where to put an authorization #. The representative Jordan I worked with was extremely professional and provided me with the support and information I needed to both enter the data in myself as well as provide to my providers for future issues.
