The EHR software is intuitive and easy to navigate for our practice. Any time I have a problem (which is not common), if I call the support line, I get in touch with a real person in just a few minutes (longest wait has been perhaps 3 minutes). The people I have spoken with have a top notch understanding of their software, even the more complicated processes, and are always excellent communicators. I can't say enough good things about TherapyNotes.
