Excellent customer service and a wonderful product

I had been doing my own billing and notes, but finally decided to try TherapyNotes. I am very glad I did! First of all, it pushes me to have the discipline to write notes for every session, helps me to keep organized, and guides me along the process. Also, it is easy to use once you get the hang of it. But the best part of TherapyNotes is the excellent customer support. I have had a few questions or issues and there has been always someone there to help me out. I have contacted them through email or by phone, and gotten great instruction every time. For a busy clinician like myself who has been frustrated by the "customer servic"e of the insurance industry (put on hold forever, bad connections, outsourcing to foreign countries with accents, and/or incompetent help) that has been a major help! I highly recommend TherapyNotes to my colleagues.

always get excellent customer service here. they continue to improve the product and roll out new features. they LOWERED their price from 59 to 49/month for solo practitioners. I haven't had any issues with them, and the product is very good. so many feature, I bet many don't use all of them because they don't realize how many there are. very good product for my needs as a solo practitioner. I was introduced to it when working in a group practice before starting my own private practice.

I appreciate how user friendly this EHR is. The documentation templates cover the basics (and I appreciate the "history" option, especially when documenting med use.) The customer service is incredibly efficient and kind - my last question was answered via email in precisely six minutes; the reply was extremely thorough and exactly what I needed to know.

TherapyNotes has the greatest customer support team! They are patient and kind and help you through every step. With so many insurance companies it can get so confusing. It is great to know I have such amazing support with just a quick phone call.

I use TherapyNotes because the system and templates cover all the areas required for Medicare records. The system is easy to use and the customer service is GREAT.
