Best EHR for Mental Health Practioners
I have been using TherapyNotes since 2016, and I am very happy with their EHR platform. It is intuitive and easy to use. Their customer support is very responsive to your questions and feedback. It is also apparent that they continually look for innovative ways to make our jobs easier.

I am very happy with Therapy Notes
I am very happy with Therapy Notes! I’ve started my last practice in the last two weeks and this is the best EMR I’ve worked with. They gave great customer support!

Review about TherapyNotes
Hello, When I am looking at the first time ThrapyNotes, am just wondered about the performance and user friendly things. Also we are new to this PMS. So just made a call with Alexa and explained my situation. This nice lady clarified my doubts and even her words and clarification gives more confident to go on. So I would love to work with your application and definitely will prefer this my circle. The thing that I am looking is Reporting section. Am kind of mad with numbers and reports :). So I would recommend you guys to create more template reports and give access to create ad-hoc reports. Other wise it is the best place to work. Thanks & regards.

TOP NOTCH Customer Service
TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE Easy to use and navigate Excellent instructions on setups. TherapyNotes customer service is far superior to any other I have personally worked since I started in the behavioral health arena 15 years ago. They are there when you need them. Highly recommend this company and this program!
