I tried out several behavioral health software platforms and settled on Therapy Notes. I love it! There was a little bit of a learning curve, but I find it very easy to navigate now. If I do have a technical question or glitch, the support team responds promptly, especially if I call. No long waits either. Very satisfied customer, highly recommend! (FYI, I'm a clinical psychologist.)

Therapy Notes is a fantastic software system for small Therapy businesses ! The company is always on the move, adding new features, staying up with the times, and is easy to use. They have a great customer service department that is quick to respond, often within minutes. You can get them on the phone, chat or email and they are quick and accurate!

I am only as computer savvy as I ABSOLUTELY need to be. I've done paper claims for years, but my software was dying and the company had shut down, there was no support available. I was starting to get worried last year. I looked at a few sites, even tried one out and HATED it. I was skeptical but hoped TherapyNotes was everything it said it was. This is absolutely the best thing I could have done for my business! There was a learning curve, but every step of the way someone has been there to answer even the DUMBEST questions. As intimidating as it was for me, everything is working well, all the EDI approvals went through (once I knew what I was doing) and even though I know I still have a few things to wrap my head around, I'm confident I'll figure it out and heal every help I need along the way. Way to go guys!

I am so happy to have chosen Therapy Notes for my practice. I have found the program to be easy to use for scheduling, notes, and billing, and the ease of claims submission has saved me so much time. I've had to call TherapyNotes periodically with questions ranging from coding - billing - scheduling - reports and every rep I've been connected with has always been quick - polite and thorough in answering my questions. I called today regarding Teletherapy coding/modifiers due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and Elias was extremely helpful.

I have used TherapyNotes since July 2018 and have been consistently pleased with the Customer Service department, including but not limited to: short wait-times on the phone (if any), friendly and highly competent staff, step-by-step instructions and patient walk-through, and thorough follow-up emails reviewing what was covered in the call.
