I consulted with a staff who works for TherapyNotes, in regards to setting multiple location for my practice. Due to preparing myself for Telehealth services. I encountered some difficulty and she (Autumn) was extremely helpful, and warm throughout the telephone consult.

Therapy notes is a great platform to operate your business. The best part is the fantastic support. The staff are always friendly and ready to assist. I was using an additional billing service, Practice Solutions which charge 6% of what they collect. I found that I didn't need them at all, as Therapy notes did all of the work that Practice Solutions was supposed to be doing.
