I have been with Therapy Notes for a long time! I love love love the customer support. They are very supportive and I am never reluctant to call. I also find that Therapy Notes is constantly striving to keep current with changes in the way practice is done and gets that reflected in their product.

I had emailed a question to Therapy Notes support and Ariel was so quick to reply. Her reply was not only quick, but gave very detailed instructions that answered my question, including screenshots and graphics to further describe what I needed to do. I actually emailed her back asking a totally unrelated question and once again she replied very quickly and with detailed information that walked me through the process I needed. Kudos to her and TN support!

I've been using Therapy for about 4 years and I really love this software! they make billing so easy and the software is also easy to use. I recently needed to get support due to forgetting my password and the service was phenomenal! Albert was so helpful and knowledgable and took his due diligence with the security process to make sure I was who I said I was.
