Top billing software. Reasonably priced and top notch customer service

I have been using Therapy Notes for awhile now and I love their platform. Their Customer Service has been exceptional, it is easy to use and access, and they are always open for improvements. I highly recommend Therapy Notes!

Every time I call Therapy Notes, the representative helping me is respectful, knowledgeable, and answers all my questions completely. It is a remarkably professional company that also has an excellent personal touch.

I have been using Therapy Notes for 3 years and have since started my own group practice where we continue to use it. It has so many benefits: easy to use software making notes simple and efficient, built-in clearinghouse for easy billing, easy to create statements for clients, you can store credit cards which makes collecting payments so easy (and you rarely have to talk about money with your clients!), built-in call/text/email appt. reminder service. TN makes billing so streamline that we do our own billing completely and use no outside service. But probably the best part about Therapy Notes is their customer service. Every single time I have called for support, they have resolved my issue, professional and personable, even through this whole Covid-19 mess. The server is very stable, seldom goes down, but when it does they are on it and they seem to resolve it quickly. Getting Therapy Notes is a no-brainer - you'll love it. This is the only my second review I've written for Trustpilot.

The customer service representative, Yvonne R., was efficient, polite and made the entire process easy from beginning to end. She was also endlessly patient with this somewhat technologically challenged customer. I love TherapyNotes, and the ability to use credit card processing seamlessly through them.

I love calling Therapynotes for help. It's always a simple step by step, detail help. They never rush you off the phone, and make you feel very comfortable. They even send you a follow up email with instruction on what you went over for future use. Great customer service. 5 Star company!
