I've been using this EHR for about 16 months and love it! It's easy to learn & use and the phone support is fabulous (there's usually no wait to talk to someone, but if there is a wait, it's short; the support staff are efficient at addressing your question(s); they're consistently available, friendly, & professional). I also like that TherapyNotes is always working on improvements to the product. It's also very affordable.

I have been impressed with the quick response I get when I have questions. Their explanations have been so thorough and easy to understand. I especially like the billing portion of Therapy Notes as it makes my life easier. And I like that I can't bill until I complete the note! Keeps me up to date on my notes.

Therapy Notes is a great system and their team is always very helpful with support. The system is very intuitive to use, but sometimes the way you work your individual business can be different than what the "majority" does, and you need to make some adjustments to fit your individual needs. The tech staff at Therapy Notes is always there to help me make those adjustments to fit the unique needs of my business, and never makes me fell stupid for asking dumb questions. Great team!

They are responsive, helpful and ahead of the curve for the counseling industry. They listen to my suggestions for future application tools, have great customer service, and are all around top notch!

Does what I need, easily, with surprisingly quick customer support.

TherapyNotes is an absolutely Excellent Practice Management online software for mental health therapists! The progress note template is robust and makes a daunting tasks for most therapists so much more bearable. The way it keeps track of revenue is great, as is the seamless process of submitting EDI claims and keeping track of them. One of the greatest strengths of this platform is the incredible customer service. The only things needed is adding ways to securely email/message clients. And I would love to see Telehealth added. I know they would do it right.
