Fantastic solution for patient records, billing insurance, taking credit cards, the whole thing. It took me about 1.5 months to get transitioned and get everything running smoothly, but it was absolutely worth it!

Easy to use, all inclusive, now I don't have to pay for a progress note with a treatment plan software as well as paying for a clearinghouse program, it's all in one! And at a great price point! I was paying way more for 2 different programs. Love it! Had a great experience with customer support service!

I have used a lot of programs through my years as an Office Manager. Therapy Notes by far beats any other Behavioral Health software out there. First of all, it is affordable which in today's economy means a lot! Secondly they are ALWAYS available. They recruit the nicest, most patient service team around. Thirdly, no long wait times on the phone, no robot to prescreen calls,buttons to push,no foreign country with poor English,just nice folks ready to help and they always follow up with an email describing what the problem was and how to solve it for future reference. I haven't even begun to explain how easy and efficient it is to use, lol Look no further if you are in the market for an all inclusive behavioral health software.
