Therapy Notes has been fantastic for my newly started private practice. It allows me, my interns/associates/trainees a place to organize all of our resources and keep our documentation up-to-date. With the business growing fast I'm pretty thankful that TN gives us reminders and a to-do list!

TherapyNotes is a simple EMR system that is really built for therapists. I love the ease of use, but more importantly, the support team is wonderful. They are responsive, patient, and have a tendency to understand more than you would expect! For example, they recently helped me make sense of an insurance claim as they worked with me to input it correctly - for clinicians who do their own billing and know what billing has looked like during COVID-19, I'm sure you'll understand the importance of this!

I have been using therapy as my primary scheduling and notes platform for 3 years. I just started using their billing features in March 2020. I have been impressed beyond measure with their customer service and the ease of use of the interface. It seems like everyday there are improvements that make it even easier to use. Therapy notes has worked well for me as a single clinician who is on multiple insurance panels and works with a diverse population in a more rural community. Previously I paid a billing company to take care of all my billing but switching to therapy notes has paid for itself in the first 3 months in the money that I've saved doing my own billing with a simple button click. If you are comparing therapy notes with other EHR software I would encourage you to take advantage of therapy note's free trial and do the same for other software, compare, and see what best fits your needs.

TherapyNotes is quick to resolve issues, although the issues are infrequent! Their customer support team is great, and the platform itself is very user friendly. Highly recommend!

TherapyNotes is a wonderful software. It has allowed us to integrate many tasks we previously were doing on multiple platforms. The customer service area and technical assistance areas are both quick to respond to our inquiries. It was a good product when we joined 5 years ago but I really like that they listen to their users and continue to improve their product.

Therapynotes is awesome on so many levels, from user-friendliness to customer service (especially Sue) they cover it all!! I keep getting surprised with the features it covers for me; it is very intuitive and well thought out! I am very thankful to Therapynote for helping me to succeed in my private practice!
