The TherapyNotes software is super easy to use, especially for those of us who do not have a background in billing. The support staff at TherapyNotes are awesome! As I previously alluded to, I don't have a background in billing and the support staff have been there to help me fix the billing entry errors I have made. I am super pleased with the software and support staff. Thank you all and keep up the good work, we appreciate you!

TherapyNotes has been consistently helpful and responsive in the four plus years I've been using them. Their program is user friendly, and whenever I do have a question, their responses are always courteous, helpful, and prompt.

For years TherapyNotes has made my life easier. Setting up a new patient only takes a minute and submitting a claim takes seconds. The progress note template is easy to fill out and allows you to provide comprehensive clinical information. There is also a way to submit it directly from the website via email when records are requested. Most importantly, the support staff are excellent. Issues have been few and far between but when I do need help the support staff has responded immediately. I would (and have) Recommended Therapy Notes highly!

I have called Therapy Notes frequently for assistance over the past 6 months and have always received prompt assistance. They walk you through everything and spend as much time with you as you need. Very patient. The system is easy to use but it is great to have such awesome, LIVE support when needed.

For me Therapy Notes is an awesome solution to so many questions around documentation and billing. I didn't think that I could find a platform that will facilitate protected and compliant notes, that will bill for me, and has helpful and patient customer service, for a reasonable price. I love this! I am not the most tech savvy person, however I find Therapy Notes to be extremely user friendly. You can teach yourself to do many of the things you want to do. If I get stuck help is a phone call or chat away and I am never made to feel stupid or silly with my questions. I have used many platforms over the years and this one is the easiest by far! EVERY time that I have called Therapy notes, I have gotten my answers right away. They are very patient with me as I am new at this. I would not trade it for anything. I can tell that the people that work here really love their jobs and are always willing to help out. I love this program!
