The support team has always been very helpful via email and phone solving any issues or answering any questions I have. I appreciate the level of service. My only disappointment has been that we’ve been asking for a year for e-prescribing. We’ve been told this is coming, but it’s been over a year and no apparent progress or definitive timeline for that has been determined.

Support staff has always responded to my questions very quickly and have been excellent at getting me the information I need and helping me navigate TherapyNotes.

Before talking about your support, I want to compliment you on the development of TherapyNotes. My informed opinion is that Therapy Notes is a highly intuitive program that "works" for the busy clinician. Very effective! Now the support staff. You have obviously committed to a very high standard of support for your consumers. In my opinion, this makes a critical difference for the utility of the product. So, having looked closely at competitive products, my opinion is you need to look no further than TherapyNotes to identify the best product with superior support.
