I've only just started with Therapy Notes, but already have been so pleased with how easy it was to get started and the ease of setting up my very first client (hopefully there will be more soon!). I have enjoyed the Patient Portal which I linked easily to my website, giving my clients access to forms and appointment scheduling features so I have more time to focus on direct services. Recently I also added the CardPointe service as well so I can seamlessly take payments - again, ease of use is huge for me! When i finally hit something I couldn't figure out myself, I finally had the opportunity to use Therapy Notes' customer service - wait time was minimal and the help i received was perfect - got me going in just a few minutes. Looking forward to working with Therapy Notes for a long time, and hope to not need a lot of support, but happy to know it's there if I need it!

I switched from another EMR to Therapynotes. They are so easy to use and their customer service is great--other EMR companies get back to you within a day...Therapynotes has REAL LIVE people to help you. They just added telehealth so they are a COMPLETE practice package

I changed to TherapyNotes after having trouble with my previous billing site. I could not believe the level of customer service that TherapyNotes provides. I also like the features of keeping the note right on the site. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with them. I don't like changing things like this but the site was so easy to navigate I could mostly get myself set up and running without needing a lot of help to get things going. Love this site.

I have never had a bad experience with TherapyNotes. Every time I have to call with a question or need help with something, I always get a very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and helpful person on the phone. I would highly recommend TherapyNotes to any medical company looking for a good billing system to use.

Therapynotes has always been helpful and dependable. I tried other platforms which were not as user friendly or easy to navigate. I typically can get in touch with a staffer to answer questions in under 5 mins. Important for a busy practice owner. Also love that I can accept CC's through the system- having everything in one place helps me stay organized.

Therapynotes has been very easy to use. It is straightforward and with the Youtube videos, I felt relatively competent in using it with a few days. I'm exploring their telehealth platform now and hope it is as manageable as the rest of what they offer. Lisa
