I cannot tell you how pleased our practice is with Therapy Notes. It is pretty intuitive and knows what you need before you do.So now I am not worrying about what I forgot and I can concentrate on just providing good service. They continually work on their product to make it seamless. However it is the customer service that is the cherry on the sundae! Always helpful and willing to work with you. They are very patient!

After working with many different EMRs, therapy notes is a breath of fresh air. It streamlines the note taking process better than any other platform I have used. The administration work that no one enjoys doing is handled like a hot knife through butter....SMOOTH! Customer Service so far has been quick and effective with the ability to speak with an actual human being within the first minute or two of calling. Overall I would recommend therapy notes as a way to make your clinic or facility operate in an efficient, professional manor.

I have used TheraNest, SimplePractice, and Acuity Scheduling at different points in my career so far. TherapyNotes is the best EHR I have used for simplicity, ease of use, and built in processes that keep me productive and help me grow my practice. The to-do list is much more sophisticated than what exists in SimplePractice. The client page also helps me to quickly identify clients who have not been in for a session for a while and either reach out and get them scheduled, or close their file. It also reminds me to reach out to each client's Primary Care Provider to coordinate treatment.
