I anxiously put off using Therapy Notes in my practice as any new technology kind of freaks me out. I've been in practice over 40 years and was used to the pen and paper note taking. Therapy Notes has turned out to be a very logical program along with the most amazing technical support I have ever experienced. They must have a fairly good sized staff because I'm always speaking to a new tech support team member. It is the opposite of calling for cell phone or cable support. I get a live person within 1-3 minutes and they help me each step of the way. We even have an excellent phone connection. I really can't say enough about them. Barry K. I've only been using Therapy Notes for less than a month and I must say compared to other vendors. This is one of the most comprehensive EMRs that I've used. We're looking to change EMRs from Therasoft, and this system is exactly what we needed. I didn't know anything about their software and I was able to successfully navigate through their application and register a patient as well as create a patient portal account. In this day in time where efficiency drives profit and many practices don't have the bandwidth to go through these extended trainings on using software. This is just what the doctor ordered "no pun intended".

The TherapyNotes staff is Incredibly responsive and helpful. They are worth every penny.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with an enrollment CSR named Nicole Webb and she was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions regarding Enrollment to submit Vermont Medicaid electronically within Therapy Notes. She was patient with me as I was not clear about which enrollment and she confirmed that what I did was correct - her reassurance gave me peace of mind. I am a member of a small group practice which uses TherapyNotes and I have had a have a wonderful experience with the customer service they have provided! The staff is so very attentive and knowledgeable that they fix my problems with lightening speed. They do not seem to have anyone who is grouchy or not helpful which is unusual and so welcome these days!
