I recently subscribed to TherapyNotes, and have had occasion to contact customer service twice within the past few days. Both representatives were patient, helpful, and spent considerable time resolving my issues. I was able to immediately start using the program with their input! I found the video conferencing platform to be far superior to the one I had previously used. The visual clarity and reception were excellent! Clients were able to log on without any difficulty. My experience so far has been great. I appreciate the excellent customer service and easy access to assistance. I plan to continue to use TherapyNotes indefinitely!

I have recently started using TherapyNotes and needed some help. I called their support number and thoroughly enjoyed the conversation I had with the representative who answered my call. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our conversation helped me to learn how user friendly their website is and that they are always ready, willing and able to provide needed support. I am so glad I found Therapy Notes! I started using Therapy Notes just for the note aspect, which decreased my note writing time considerably. I also believe my notes are of higher quality. Then I started using the billing aspect of this program and was highly impressed. I am still shocked as to how easy billing is. I also appreciate the "To Do" list which helps keep my loose ends manageable and makes it so convenient to remember the notes I have yet to write. Customer service is amazing, like seriously amazing - they're so patient, knowledgeable, and their hours are impressive. I have been using TherapyNotes since 2012 and it has been incredibly helpful to my practice. Recently I experienced some difficulties with telehealth billing and called customer support. The person who helped me was professional, friendly, patient, a good communicator and knew exactly how to walk me through the process of fixing my problem. Normally calling customer support at a large company is an exercise in frustration, but this was actually a pleasure!

TherapyNotes was recommended to me by another clinical social worker. Others in the field pointed me to a couple of other programs and have checked them out as well, but I found that TherapyNotes met my needs the most. I don't have to fully manually enter diagnostic or billing codes, it's user friendly, it's figured out a telehealth platform and the customer service is amazing! The Merchant Support team of TherapyNotes has been a phenomenal help to me with my CC processing and PCI compliance. Initially, I was overwhelmed and confused with the process, and was spending my valuable time trying to figure the process out on my own. I finally contacted TN's Merchant Support and spoke with Daniel, who literally saved me HOURS of time (and my sanity). He helped me to complete the process in MINUTES.
