I had somehow misplaced a document template I needed to create a treatment plan for a new client, and contacted TherapyNotes Support by e-mail for assistance. The support staff member (Niyrai H) responded very quickly and helped me resolve my concern. I am very grateful for the efficient resolution to my concern made possible by TherapyNotes Support. Otherwise, I am very pleased to be using TherapyNotes. It is an easy-to-use program that covers all the bases I need as a practicing psychologist. Highly Recommended!

I recently found myself in need of help as I am learning to use the client portal. I contacted the TherapyNotes support team by phone. I only had to wait a few minutes to speak with someone. The support person (Lisa D) was easy to understand, highly efficient and knowledgeable. She quickly helped me access the information I needed. I also very much appreciated the follow-up email summarizing what we discussed, offering additional resources, and offering a reference number in case I had further questions. It was a wonderful customer experience from beginning to end!

We continue to stay with TherapyNotes because of the great customer service. There are glitches and some things we aren't too happy about but we stay due to the wonderful customer service we wouldn't not get with Simple Practice. I don't do well with just email technical difficulties. One on one with customer service is how I learn the best. We have Squarespace and every thing is by email now and it's very frustrating.

Always...spot-on support. Never have they fallen short. They always provide state-of-the-art sales and technical support.
