I have been a Medical Biller for 20 years and have used many different software programs. By far Therapy Notes is the best. Having said that, their customer service is excellent. No matter who I speak to or what issues I have, I am treated as if I am the only one that matters in that moment. They helped me learn this program and continue to educate me on multiple aspects of the program that I now need to utilize. I would highly recommend Therapy Notes as the easiest and most supportive customer service team I have worked with. Thank you all so very much!

Support is wonderful especially for those who are technically challenged. They have always been responsive and have always solved the tech issues. Features are wonderful, especially the new telehealth platform

As a billing company with multiple practices coast-to-coast on Therapy Notes (and steering future clients towards TN as the best system for mental health therapists) I have ALWAYS been impressed with the timeliness of responses and the positive attitudes of the customer service reps. Dealing with insurance companies all day long it is a welcome relief to have a short hold time, talk to a real person at almost any hour of the day. I must call in about 2-3 times a week and am always pleasantly surprised when I get someone on the other line that knows me personally and asks in a teasing Eeyore type voice, "what practice code are you calling for today?" I always get an answer, learn something new, and almost feel bad for calling and wasting their time. Many thanks to Jessica specifically, and the entire team. The customer service from TN beats any other software system out there. Kudos to you all!

The therapynotes EHR is great, but what really makes it special is the customer service. They are always prompt, thorough, and helpful when replying to questions or problems!

I requested some support as I was unsure how to print a patient record. I got my question answered and the record printed out easily. The staff member who assisted was friendly, sharp and professional. Thank you, Therapy Notes and A.C. :)

Therapy Notes is a great way to manage a private practice. Their customer support is amazing. They take the time to walk you through any process you don't understand. Highly recommend!
