TherapyNotes is constantly rolling out new and helpful additions to their already ultra-intuitive software. They have been very helpful at keeping me connected with my clients during the hardest times of the pandemic. Their customer service representatives are knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and enthusiastic. They seem to know the areas that they still need to work on and (so far) have been honest and realistic about their timelines for improvement. Add reasonable cost to all of that, and I am a happy customer.

I enjoy the ease of the therapy notes system- everything from the scheduling, notes and templates, automatic billing etc is easy to learn and do. I've also found the support staff to be very prompt and helpful in resolving confusing issues. I would definitely recommend therapy notes to other providers

Extremely fast and responsive customer service. I appreciate the email availability because that is usually simpler for my schedule than calling and waiting on hold. This software makes it easier to manage the administrative parts of running a private practice, like treatment planning, note recording, appointment reminders, and billing.

I called on the weekend because I had time, but fully expected that I wouldn't hear back from anyone until Monday. I was very pleasantly surprised to get the help I needed to move forward. TherapyNotes is great and Rick was super helpful!
