I rely on therapy notes to help me keep my progress nodes for my clients organized and available. Beyond that their customer support is always helpful especially when it comes to getting the claim forms filled out properly and submitted. I have used therapy notes as a clinician in a group counseling practice but now that I have darted my own is a solo practitioner their help is so much more important. Definitely do recommend their service!

I am brand new to Therapy Notes, and as someone who is branching out on my own for the first time, this process is very complex, and I have always found TN customer service to be excellent. They understand that learning a new system and database takes time, and some of it can be frustrating, and the support team from TN has never failed to walk me through it and fix whatever I cannot fix on my own.

I am establishing my own private practice, and I am technologically challenged. When I called, I learned where I was in the que and the approximate time until I'd speak with a team member. I get the help that I need without feeling embarrassed.
