Great Service! Helpful, patient and friendly.

I've been working with TherapyNotes for a several months now, and all of my calls with Customer Support have resulted in very quick resolutions. They are always very patient, and I never feel rushed to get off of a support call. During this same time I've also worked with another EHR, and I dread calling for support as they haven't answered the phone once. So thank you, TherapyNotes, your excellent customer service is truly appreciated!

I was having an issue which was directly related to my browser that was keeping me from accessing customer appointments. I called TherapyNotes and the technician helped me with the issue and I was up and running in a matter of minutes.

Ok, the good news is, the TherapyNotes Program is a Provider's Dream: It is easy to navigate, covers both clinical and administrative needs, and sets the standard for excellence in customer service. Oh, and looks like they covered the other all important part-- "you don't mind paying for what you get - when you get a lot for what you pay for"! My "HELP" calls have been few, but, when I have needed assistance - their "Customer Care Combo" - professional+ courteous+ superior knowledge of program-- has consistently guided this senior citizen (who is "BC-Before Computers") to successful "TECH" outcome! Thank you TherapyNotes!

Let me just say that I love therapyNotes and I rarely write reviews. But this platform and the onboarding team deserves it. I tried another platform first and I was pulling my hair out from the moment i began. There was no live support with this other platform, just LOTS of videos to watch. As I am 61 and not tech savvy , having support is essential. Not only is this platform tremendously more user friendly than the other platform ( the one my professional organization recommended) but the minute i have a problem, I can easily call and connect with someone who is knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I was not looking forwards to becoming part of a HIPAA compliant platform as I was concerned about the burden but this company has made is as easy as possible. I am very grateful.

I'm setting up a new private practice and have quite the learning curve relative to learning to use TherapyNotes and do the billing. The support staff from TherapyNotes have been outstanding! They help me work through my questions thoroughly and with a big audio smile! Today's support person, Niyrai, even thought through my problem, identified an additional process she thought might make my task easier, and called me back with the suggestion. And she followed up with a detailed account of our conversation that will help me work through the steps next time on my own. I can't say enough positive about Niyrai, or any of the other people on the support team. Thanks to all of you for helping me through my questions and frustrations!
