When someone asks me about what EHR software I recommend I always say Therapy Notes. I cannot begin to tell you the ease of setting up and use of this software. I have been setting up individual behavioral health practices and I can not say enough, the most important thing is being able to get your questions answered quickly. Ariel with Therapy Notes was able to resolve my initial problem within 10 minutes and taught me how to correctly enter a dependent child. Therapy Notes is an excellent EHR platform. The "To Do List" is so valuable in helping me know what is needed to complete tasks. Writing notes is simplified w/ the treatment plan progress included in format of notes. Helpful, quick, and informative staff, always available to assist me with any questions. TherapyNotes is really intuitive and easy to learn. It has great built-in reminder features to make it simple to use from a clinical perspective. I particularly love how the treatment objectives auto-populate into progress notes to keep you on track with monitoring and updating those. It's also really functional from an administrative and billing user perspective. I run a group practice and am really happy with TherapyNotes - I especially love the prompt and thorough customer service - it really sets them apart. I also love how often TherapyNotes is updated and really appears to take feedback and suggestions from users to heart. I am super impressed with this company!

TherapyNotes is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I can't say enough good about it. It's user friendly, even for those who struggle with technology. It's simple, effective, time saving, and extremely affordable! What I've been most impressed with though, is the support staff. Anytime I have a question or concern, I call an easy to find number and within minutes am talking to a real person! Every single time I've called I've received an answer to my question or concern. Not only that, but the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. They even send a summary email after every phone call, which makes my life so much easier! I've never waited on hold for longer than a few minutes too. I highly recommend TherapyNotes! Out of all the systems I've used, it's definitely my favorite.
