Therapy Notes is Amazing!!! They fixed an issue with a rejected claim that even the insurance company did not know the answer to. TN comes through every time. The portal is user friendly and the customer service is outstanding!!

As questions have arose, I have been both supported and assisted through the set up process, which has truly made the experience less stressful. The team at therapy notes has consistently responded quickly and been able to explain and walk me through steps to set up ehr and business tools such as credit card processing which was definitely outside my wheelhouse.

Therapy Notes provides excellent customer service! Each time I call, the representatives are patient, polite, and very knowledgeable. they provide me with detailed instructions on how to use certain functions within Therapy Notes and have walked me through the steps to make adjustments to claims for reprocessing. I am very happy with the Therapy Notes platform and the customer service provided--excellent all the way around!!

When I began private practice, I was concerned that the Electronic Records software would be difficult to use. Therapy Notes was terrific! They offered immediate support and walked me through every single question I had even if it took an hour to cover all of my questions. They made setting up my practice amazingly simple.
