No question is too small or trivial. After I am assisted over the phone, I get a follow up email to reinforce what I just learned while on the phone. Also, the people who answer the calls are personable, knowledgeable, and help me to find my own sense of humor when dealing with frustrating issues.

On several occasions when I've felt confused about how to make the best use of a feature of TherapyNotes, I've contacted the support desk. Every time I've reached out for help that way, I've received totally competent guidance from an extremely friendly river pilot. It's been like having a pilot aboard ship who knows how to navigate along the right channel to enter the harbor I'm seeking. I trust TherapyNotes as a wide and deep river of helpful, orderly information and greatly appreciate knowing that my lack of expertise in using it will never prevent me from benefitting from all of its features. When faced with puzzling waters, all anyone has to do is reach out and ask for help.

The support I received was kind, supportive, and fixed the technical problem I had. There was an issue with the auto-populating feature since there were multiple clinicians on the chart. The representative who helped me walked me through the experience to get the issue fixed. With it, they also brought other pieces of knowledge that helped to ease my worry and helped me to understand the process of the function better. I am pleased with the help I received and that my inquiry was resolved quickly.

I had a question about how to find and fill out a Termination Note, and the person who helped me showed me where to find it and how to then fill it out. He made it very easy for me to remember, as well, as I had to do two of them and had no problem doing it myself after our conversation. I've used the Help Desk several times and each time the person helping me has been a real joy to speak with, answered my questions simply and quickly. They made it fun!

From billing to maintaining notes and electronic case files. I highly recommend this program for anyone with a private practice no matter the practice size it a great program.

I tried other EHR's and I was really happy to finally find TherapyNotes. Other systems were so complicated that I had to call customer service and some don't even have any or you have to wait days. I found TherapyNotes because of the customer service feature, but it is so easy that I hardly needed customer service. However, it turns out that the customer service is also awesome. I can tell that the company is paying attention to what is going on and making adjustments to help practices during these times. That kind of support is also very helpful. I'm very glad I found this company!
