Great Customer Service! The support staff are very knowledgeable and patient with handling concerns. I reached out about navigating through getting some canceled appointments off of our report, and they walked me through the process step by step. I usually take notes of these things so that I can refer to them later, but as an added touch they emailed me the step by step instructions for future reference. Therapy without TherapyNotes is not true therapy! Keep reading to see why. The team at TherapyNotes is highly professional, qualified, and very supportive. The team has excellent customer service, very detailed in answering questions, and even follow up with an email describing the recent phone call. Need to submit a claim for insurance? No problem. Just click "Submit Claim" and the team takes care of all the stuff that we, the therapists, have dreaded for millennium. The entire team lets us do the work we love to do while supporting us along the way. Therapy is much more fluid without all the headache from years ago such as dealing with insurance companies or keeping track of so many physical pieces of paper. Accordingly, the website itself is highly intuitive and has reminders, for example, to sign the progress note that was saved or to complete the Treatment Plan. Everything on the website is organized to proficiency and keeps all documentation in order. All in all, I'm highly satisfied with TherapyNotes to say the least. Keep up the fantastic work, team!

Therapy Notes is a great practice management system. What I love most is all of the help I get whenever I call with a question. Today I spoke with Matt about posting some insurance payments. He helped me out greatly and relieved some stress. I call TN all the time and they always are there to help!

TherapyNotes support is remarkably supportive. They respond very quickly to emails, with clear, helpful advice and guidance. Plus, they seem very open to feedback on what might be helpful changes, making frequent tweaks to their service to improve the customer experience. We have been using them since 2014 and have always been very pleased with their service and support.

I have never had this many great experiences with any other software. It's so easy to use, but if I do have a question, customer support gets right back to me with precise directions. Why have I not used this before? The price is perfect for a therapist like me with a small private practice. I am just getting started, so I have not yet done my own billing, but I am sure it will be just as simple.
