Been using TxN for almost 7 years with no complaints. Staff is knowledgeable and responsive. The program is not perfect but what is. But they make constant tweaks. Therapy Notes is a great service all around. It's easy to use, affordable, and has an amazing support team. They start you off with a free phone consultation and follow up after you've been using the software to discuss services you might be unaware off. They are always quick to answer any questions via email and go the extra step to email you forms and step-by-step instructions (rather than redirect you to a FAQ page). The personal touch is much appreciated. I use this as a psychologist, and it's made scheduling and documentation a breeze.

I moved from another portal to TherapyNotes and THIS WAS BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS THE BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE!!! The system is super user friendly, but if you have any questions, there's all kinds of ways to read or videos to watch that will answer any question you have. One of the best features is their support line. If you have a specific issue, you can call them and the customer service team absolutely ROCKS. They are kind, professional, and knowledgable. That phone support is vital for the first month or 2 and other systems don't have this feature!

TherapyNotes includes everything you need for practice management, electronic health record and telehealth. I love the "To Do" list, keeps me on my toes. Contacted Support today, got an almost immediate response that was professional and directly addressed my need. While I did not get the answer I wanted I had an overall pleasant experience with the support team member.
