Therapy notes has made my administrative and practice processes so much more manageable. The customer service providers have been extremely helpful, warm and patient. I would recommend this program to any therapist who wants to save time and use less paper. You can schedule, bill, videoconference and access all of your notes on this. Fabulous!

Great product and customer service.

Amazingly helpful and professional support. As we are establishing a brand new counseling practice and are new to TherapyNotes, I have been in contact with various Customer Success Representatives and Managers at the company. They have all been extremely patient and helpful anytime I had a question or did not understand what I needed to do next. We thoroughly recommend this company!!

Very responsive tech team that always helps me figure out how to solve the problem I am having. Almost always, user error, but they are always so gracious about that. Therapy Notes is a full service, easy to use, EHR. I have been using it for 7 years now and love it.
