I use the software to run a chaplaincy and life coaching program for a non-profit. We don't use the billing portion, but everything in TherapyNotes is very robust and useful to us. We are in the trial phase, but everything looks good thus far. Their customer support is exceptional. I called this morning and received very professional US-based support.

I have used Therapy Notes for close to three years. From my experience, the Therapy Notes culture strongly supports the customer with time, skilled support, and just plain patience with kindness. I have learned how to use their software and find it user-friendly. If I need additional support I also find their personal support is approachable, clear, and skilled. As a clinician in private practice, I appreciate all the aspects of their software that simplifies the business end. Thank you Therapy Notes for making the private practice transition smooth.

I have been using Therapy Notes for a couple on=f months now and find it to be easy to use and reliable.

I am a Psychologist, in private practice. I predominantly conduct psychological evaluations. I switched to TherapyNotes in April 2021. I did this while continuing to see patients and conduct psychological evaluations. I found it pretty intuitive to use. The set-up was pretty simple. I did reach out to support 2 or 3 times with questions. I got an almost immediate response. I received the information/help I needed. I needed help with setting up the credit card processing in TherapyNotes, a support person walked me through the entire process. When I hung up everything was set up and working. I also really like the Psychological Evaluation Notes format. The CPT codes, the minutes, the breakdown for each test. I am 100% satisfied with the product.

A happy 2 year customer here. Can't recommend anyone else.

Hasn't been a time that I get "stuck" and place a call and a very capable CSR responds to my plight and completely explains the how/what/why that I can do to amend my mistake. I was not able to figure out how to get a second parent the ability to sign docs through Therapy Notes' portal. When I called the person who responded was professional and knowledgeable and was able to help me in under five minutes. I followed her instructions and was able to complete the task quickly and easily. I had been struggling to figure this out and she was very kind and helpful.
