I can't say enough about TherapyNotes. I have tried another all-inclusive platform for managing notes, billing, and insurance; however, I stand by the service TherapyNotes offers. Any time I have called support, I speak with someone quickly, who knows how to resolve my issue. Not only this, they walk you through to ensure it IS resolved. Then a follow up email is sent reiterating everything. I wish every company offered such spot-on service.

The customer service was 5+stars. There was no wait time and when I was greeted the man was so polite and accommodating as well as, well informed on how to maneuver through therapy notes. I asked several questions he was thorough, kind and patient. Such a good experience and very helpful in this effort to create my business and help it run smooth through using online billing through therapynotes!

I recently had an issue where a payer rejected a claim. Allison was able to identify the problem quickly and I was able to resubmit the claim for payment.

I dreaded calling this company for help because I’ve had experiences in the past with other companies in which I asked for help but was not able to use the help I got. The support person who helped me at this company was extremely patient and never acted like we were in a rush. She walked me through each step (we shared screens for this) and when we were done I felt eager to continue on my own. It really made a difference!
