I have been in contact with some form of customer support at Therapy Notes at least 10 times. I have had a positive experience each time! The onboarding process is simple, yet they still offer you a phone consult to help you set everything up with ease. I’ve never worked with a better company.

The whole process was initially incomprehensible to me, but she was able to walk me through the requisite questionnaire data gathering in a manner that was patient, supportive, and validating. She further assured me that were other issues to arise I should feel free to reach out, which I definitely will do.
