Therapy Notes is not the first EMR/EHR that I have worked with. I have used many over the years but I do hope that it is the last. Therapy Notes is the most user friendly to date. Simple, straight to the point and offers all the necessary tools you need to run a practice smoothly and efficiently. Not to mention that their customer support is super helpful, friendly and are quick to explain things in a detailed but easy way that you can understand with out question. I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars.

Customer service is amazing. They have helped me navigate big questions, little questions and user errors. They are always nice and professional. When I have left a voice mail it has been returned within 24 hours. I have reached out several times setting up my Pratice and I am glad I choose Therapy notes!

I begrudgingly switched to Therapy Notes at the urging of my billing person about 2 years ago and soon understood why she was recommending it! The program is sophisticated enough to be secure and do all that is necessary for an eRecord/billing system in this evolving field AND it is logical enough and offers wonderful actual human support to guide me thru any difficulties. I highly recommend Therapy Notes.

Therapy Notes is an outstanding EHR system for behavioral health providers that has the all functionality needed for making independent practice easier, at an exceptionally affordable rate. Further, the customer service has always been outstanding, which makes TN even more valuable as the customer service representatives have always been extremely patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this system!
