TherapyNotes helps keep me organized. It is helping me with my practice significantly. It is easy to use and the help desk staff are nice and easy to work with.

The platform is very user friendly but of course has a learning curve to get used to. The customer service is excellent for walking a user through the steps needed to complete more complex tasks. They are always very prompt in answering the phone and it's always great to speak to another person on the other end!

Since I operate; a solo-office without administrative assistance, I needed to find a system that would efficiently work for me. I found Therapy Notes through an internet search. The single most important factor in making contact with Therapy Notes and deciding to contract with them was the perfect 5-star reviews for customer service. I can confidently say that the customer service is a perfect 5. Therapy Notes is a user-friendly, efficient, and thorough system to use. It did not take long for me to learn how to establish new patients, schedule appointments, upload all of my office forms, take payments and much more. Since I do not take insurance, I cannot comment there. This system allows you to bill multiple carriers and tracks payments. There are some features that I really like such as a "to do" list so that all of the necessary paperwork to keep an accurate file gets completed as well as the ability to send e-mail and text message appointment reminders. The patient portal is outstanding. I really could say so much more. If you are a mental health professional looking for a system to use in your practice, use Therapy Notes.

I've dealt with several different medical software platforms, and Therapy Notes is, by far, the best. The best in being able to handle and accommodate all of our Behavioral health providers needs, including billing!! This platform is user friendly, we haven't had any issues with new clients. Or existing clients for that matter! Even in the beginning stages, transferring all data from one platform to another was seamless! Therapy Notes customer service is also amazing. I needed to reach out today with a question about a modifying code. Within one hour, I had a response. From an EMAIL! Unheard of. We would recommend this platform to any provider or facility who is looking for a one-stop-shop for behavioral health providers and facilities!

Nothing but positive experiences with the help and support from the Therapy Notes team. Often we are able to connect with the same people - who remember our situation, which makes the whole experience that much more positive. For those of us who are not trained accountants or IT pros, they have made the process of starting our new practice much smoother!

One of the best customer service teams I have dealt with personally or professionally, not to mention a great platform. Please don't chose something this important indiscriminately, as we did. It cost us hundreds of hours and I don't even know how much financially to move over to Therapy Notes, as we just couldn't stay with the previous platform. I am taking this time to hopefully save you from our pain (moving platforms twice).
