I love the support that therapy notes offers. The platform is intuitive and there is always somebody to help in case you have any questions. I feel very confident in this platform and it is an asset to my business.

I recently started my own practice so naturally I went shopping around for EHR platforms. I settled between TherapyNotes and their biggest competitor. Before reaching the end of my 30 day free trial with TherapyNotes, I decided this was it for me. The major pros for me are live customer service and also email support. I've had to contact them many times as I learn the platform and they've been responsive each and every time. Today was the first day I called in for assistance with the PCI compliance and Rick C. was super helpful and completed the very confusing questionnaire for me. The only hiccups I've experienced so far is being unable to upload fillable measures/scales. TN will provide you with a process on how to go about it but its tedious so I gave up on it altogether. The other con was difficulty in uploading consent forms due to the max capacity of 25MB (I also do contract work so I don't have control over how documents are scanned and most documents exceed their 25MB max). All in all, I am pretty happy with this platform and I hope they continue to listen to customer feedback, modernize it and make additions that will simplify the entire process for both therapist and client.

Lisa at Therapy Notes was very helpful. I needed assistance with completing an application so that clients can pay with credit cards. As a customer service agent she was very helpful and patient. I super rarely leave reviews, but Therapy Notes and their staff are so EXCEPTIONAL that I thought I should let other professionals know. Therapy Notes is a great service in every way. Responsive customer service you cannot beat! I have used Therapy Notes since opening my private practice in 2018. I have not been disappointed yet! The customer service is beyond excellent. They are so kind and patient and, above all, they are responsive!!!
