I love this platform! It is user friendly and very well laid out. When they build a HIPAA compliant library of forms they will be the best in the business. Also their customer service is stellar.

Every time I have called Therapy Notes(TN) they have been responsive, kind and extremely helpful. Their staff is great! I usually hate calling and asking for help but w/ TN I never have an issue b/c all of their reps have been exceptional. They go above and beyond and its really refreshing! This platform is amazing and I am grateful to be a partner.

I have been a user of TherapyNotes since our counseling office migrated to this product in April 2019. Without fail, every time I have contacted their Support team regarding an issue or question I have, I have been helped by pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable representatives. If have an idea for a potential new feature that could be beneficial for users, they are open to considering the idea for future development. Overall, I am so pleased with TherapyNotes - both the product and service that they provide. So much of what they offer makes my job a breeze. Very happy!
