I was having a problem processing a credit card. Andrea at TherapyNotes was very helpful. Neither she nor I had encountered this type of problem before, yet she was very patient in assessing the issue and very thorough in exploring and explaining the solution once she discovered what was causing the problem.

Customer Service is responsive to needs. Updates are made to the software frequently and they are open to feedback on how the system can be improved.
