We've used Therapy Notes since 2012 and they have the best customer service! They are always friendly and helpful and there is never a long hold time. My issue was resolved with one phone call and they stayed on the line until we were sure it worked . They always follow up with an email to make sure everything is okay. I can't say enough good things about them.

I worked with Kelsie P, Customer Success Representative today for close to one hour. She was so patient and calm throughout the entire experience. Autumn was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my questions, and I appreciated her willingness to explain things in an unhurried manner. She took the time to guide me through how to resolve an issue, and identified a possible solution for a customizable intake packet option, which would be very helpful for preventing unwanted documents (such as the AI consent form) from being included or sent to clients (for clinicians who are not consenting to use AI with clients). I greatly appreciated Autumn's support, and am hoping that we are able to get a customizable intake packet option.
