I am a therapist in a busy solo practice. I do all of my own scheduling, billing, IT troubleshooting, and I make my own coffee. I have used TherapyNotes for my electronic records and billing for several years and it does everything I need it to (except bringing me coffee.) The customer service is excellent! They are quick, friendly, knowledgeable and patient and have gone the extra mile for me more than once. I recommend TherapyNotes without hesitation.

I had a question about how to screen share. The representative was friendly, courteous and efficient. My question was answered, and she even sent me a video on "how to". Great service!!! Thank you!!!

Fast and easy to use

Have been using telehealth for years in my practice. Chose to integrate TherapyNotes with my office requirements ( therapy and process notes, BAA, etc) after a terrific trial period. They are everything they say they are...truly, "as advertised." Their costomer service could not be more responsive; the tutorials and forms library are complete. They are the perfect solution for this sole practioner...they make administration and compliance easy. Thank you.

Although I waited 20 minutes for help, it was worth it. With my limited skills, following directions on some sights is very frustrating. Not today and not with my helper Rochelle ! She seemed to understand my limitations and so patiently directed me on what to do. Best of all, she completed steps for me, saving me time and frustration.
