I chose TherapyNotes as my EHR after a friend highly recommended them. Two years later, I am very glad I did. Their customer service is a 10 out of 10. They are quick, responsive, efficient, and friendly. I don't know how they screen to hire customer service reps, but they are doing a great job. TherapyNotes doesn't always have the latest features (like taking forever to get customizable forms), but it is worth waiting for features to get stress-free customer service. My only word of warning is not to hire the billing company TherapyNotes recommends. The billing company's customer service is a 1 out of 10.

Therapy Notes is a great system. Very user friendly and customer service is very helpful. The wait time for customer service is a little long. However, ocnce you have been helped they will send you an email with the details of your issue and how to solve it - for future reference. They are making updates and changes to make the system easier and more efficient. I would highly recommend.

I contacted TherapyNotes regarding procedure for accepting CC payments and getting set up. I was fortunate to speak with Bianca B. who was not only pleasant but was also informative. She sent information requested immediately to us. She is the ideal CSR! It was indeed a pleasure speaking with her! Our practice is new to TherapyNotes and if Bianca B. is an example of what to expect from their customer service department, I truly look forward to a great working relationship.

Was able to quickly analyze the problem I wasw having with a insurance company's issues, change the process of interfacing with them, and provided patience and reassurance. Hard to find customer service like this today.

I have recently started my solo behavioral health practice and a close friend recommended an EHR provider that he said would meet my needs. After initially setting up a client I ran into glitch and reached out for technical help. What I discovered was there was no way to speak with a live rep to walk me through my issue. I sent my question and received a response the next day. Unfortunately, the response didn't help in resolving my issue. I sent another inquiry and noted that I was feeling frustrated that the response I received did not help. I received my next written response 3 days later. By that time I found TherapyNotes. I signed up for a free trial and again found myself having questions. I was amazed to see they offer live support and when we spoke the support rep helped me understand and resolve the issue so I could move forward quickly in setting up my clients. Additionally, the rep sent me a follow-up email reviewing the issues I raised and included links to further help me understand how to address my concerns. For someone just starting out with my solo practice TherapyNotes is a great value and their technical support is excellent! Thank You TherapyNotes ~ Gustavo in Arizona
