The level of support at TherapyNotes is amazing. From the initial sales call all the way to calling support today for a question has been nothing less than friendly and professional. I have used many EHR systems over the years and I feel that TherapyNotes is one of the more user friendly and better designed platforms.

I absolutely love TherapyNotes as a practice management system for behavioral health. The system was very easy to learn, offers integrated telehealth and billing, billing support if that’s not your forte, options for solo-practitioners and groups, and most importantly in my opinion, the Customer Support Team is STELLAR, with broad times of availability. It’s exactly what I was looking for when I first started my private practice. I highly recommend TherapyNotes to any behavioral health providers in the market for a great, easy-to-use electronic health record system.

I am just getting started with Therapy Notes and really like the responsiveness of the support staff. Yes, you might be on hold for a little bit while waiting for help, but once you're with a rep, there is no attempt to rush you off the phone. They take their time to really explain the process and even send you a synopsis of the steps they helped you use to solve your problems. Such a great experience.
