Therapy Notes is literally a blessing. I'm in the beginning stages of initiating my private practice and the support staff at Therapy Notes has been so supportive and helpful throughout the process. I appreciate the time effort and energy of the staff that helped me navigate any issues I encountered. A staff member literally stayed on the phone with me while I initiated and set up my card pointe account! I have been so pleased with the overall system quality and ease of use, but the support of staff in helping me overcome obstacles in my practice is 10/10. The Therapy Notes system is a great product for tracking patient information, appointment scheduling, billing, and more. But the Therapy Notes SUPPORT TEAM is amazing! In 40+ years of dealing with Customer Service staff across a variety of industries, I have never received such a consistently high level of service from support staff. They are always pleasant, professional, and patient. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their product and the industry, and willing to take whatever time it takes to address all questions thoroughly. Their follow-up is equally impressive with very detailed emails documenting what was covered in the call, and providing articles and links to other helpful resources on the topics covered.
