Trust pilot does a good job of describing the psychodynamic therapy process I use with my clients. It also significantly reduces the time it takes to record high quality complete documentation. The only problem I have is that it included extraneous information that I included in my synopsis. I need to learn how to use Trustpilot more effectively. The problem is mine, not the software’s

My experience was great because the rep was attentive and friendly. She made me feel like a valued client.

We love what we use with TherapyNotes. We had wanted to use the Telehealth, but we do groups. In the end, the functionality we needed was not available, so we still use ZOOM. We only use it for client management, but for that, it is great. We use other billing and tele, as noted. Also, there is no easy way to do the Release of Information due to how it is worded, so we always need to remind clients.

Hopefully support can help you with your ROI concerns. Also, be sure to let us know what features you are missing from Telehealth. Hopefully we can earn a 5-star review from you, especially given that you love what you use. Thank you.

This EHR is great and could use some improvements as well. I like how streamlined the service is and how responsive the support team is. I also love the extensive library of assessment tools! A few things I would for them to add: 1) Greater customization of the Progress Notes. It takes me so long to fill this template out and I think a lot of it is redundant. 2) It would be amazing if they came out with an app for IOS. I would love to be able to use it on my iPad and fill in the progress notes with my Apple Pencil. I believe Simple Practice has implemented this feature.

The service is fairly inexpensive for everything that's offered and scheduling and billing are easy once you get set up. Things I would like to see improved: Telehealth video options are limited, could be much better without having to pay extra. And it would be great to have the option of being able to use a DAP format for notes. That being said, I've tried a few other options and TherapyNotes has been the simplest and most user friendly. When things don't make sense, they provide plenty of support and instructional information on the website. It's relatively easy to understand and I've generally found it more helpful than the online introductory sessions.

The last girl was very helpful. I had to go through several calls of waiting. One disconnect and she never phoned back. Wrong information was left on VM of which extention to connect to. When I asked the one girl to connect me, she said she can't. Maybe a better system to transfer instead of starting again and waiting.

The only reason for 4 versus 5 stars is that I had to wait on hold for 37 minutes, BUT... The rep I spoke with (Kristy O) knew exactly how to help me with my questions, was easy to understand, efficient, and courteous/kind. I would gladly wait 37 minutes for her again. I feel confident that the issues I called in for have been fully addressed now. I also very much appreciate the email I received afterwards with detailed notes about what we discussed on the phone call; If I forget any of the steps I learned, I can just refer to the email!
