I absolutely love every associate that has ever helped me but today tops everything. First of all, it’s a Sunday and who talks to someone for help on a Sunday, and I was so scared I had totally messed up my billing. Then answers Ashley! She was reassuring, pleasant, and validating. I love Therapy Notes. I have used them since opening since opening my private practice 7 years ago. The software is excellent, but even better is their customer service. 24 hr availability and the reps are clear, instructive, and always pleasant. Just today I had a scheduled call and in 5 minutes they helped me become compliant with my payment processing service. I am a big fan of the company.

TherapyNotes is remarkable software for session notes! It is a pure pleasure and very easy to use. Recently I needed to print out a large batch of notes. Support guided me and it was a dream to get done. Vanessa, the representative who helped me, was delightful to deal with. She was knowledgeable, kind and gracious.
