Just finished a phone conversation with Jules for support, and all I can say is WOW!! She deserves way more than five-stars. Jules quickly assessed what my needs were and went above and beyond in making sure all my questions/concerns were addressed. She Patiently reviewed and explained steps needed in certain scenarios. I felt listened to and that she truly cared about the success of my practice. I was amazed at her depth of knowledge and level of detail. She absolutely loves her work and it comes across in her phone and email communications. I started using Therapy Notes in October. I am very happy with everything about this company. The software is easy to use and provides me with everything I need to have a successful practice. The customer service is what makes this company so special. I have made a few phone calls with questions about the software and each and every time I call I speak with someone immediately. The service providers stay on the phone with me as long as I need to ensure I understand the new software. They walk me through everything I need and then.... they send me an email that summarizes our conversation and the information they provided. My only complaint is I didn't start using them sooner.

The Therapy Notes Support Team is wonderful. They always respond much sooner than the auto reply states, and responses are always helpful. All of the Support Team staff I have been in contact with in the 3 years I have been using Therapy Notes is wonderful- friendly and helpful and usually follow up to ensure my issue has been resolved. One of the best Support Teams I have ever come across!

Customer service is excellent. They were able to provide me fast efficient help. I love the fact they email a quick review in regards to the purpose of your call, and also include articles that go over what you discussed! Super helpful!

yes! live people to talk to! After a long day and knowing I had to clarify some items as a new user, I was pleasantly surprised someone answered the phone after 7pm! Krista was step by step totally focused and followed my train of thought (even though I was off base sometimes!). She patiently explained and dug deep with me and left me totally doing the happy dance. Thank you for such an easy peasy EMR! whoo hoo!
